Q&A with OPIA
NEW! Penn State’s Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment introduces a new format for sharing information.
Q&A with OPIA is presented through Adobe Connect, so you can attend via your computer from any location with Internet access. Each session includes a brief overview of a specific model, approach, or tool for planning, assessment, and improvement and an opportunity to ask your specific questions. Sessions will last 30-45 minutes depending on the questions.

This online session provides a quick introduction to and overview of Penn State’s IMPROVE model – a way to analyze and improve a process. You will find out how to more efficiently and effectively follow a sequence of steps to get from starting point A to outcome B. There will be opportunity for questions during the session, and for one-on-one follow-up.
