With the recent completion of the strategic plans, many units are looking for ways to implement their initiatives. DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) can be a useful approach in implementing new initiatives or strategies to accomplish planning goals. DMADV is an approach for design and implementation of new services, products, or processes based on thorough analysis, data, up front emphasis on design, and early identification of measures of success. This workshop will provide hands-on activities and discussion about how DMADV can be used in implementing some of the strategies identified during Penn State’s current planning process.

This workshop is free. Register for this workshop by calling the Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment at 814-863-8721 or e-mailing psupia@psu.edu.  Please register by February 12.
