One of the comments often made about strategic plans is that they are written and then put on the shelf and forgotten until the next planning cycle. If you are responsible for or leading the development of a plan for your unit, you may want to incorporate into your planning process approaches that ensure you have an approach for effective implementation. This workshop will feature tools and approaches for developing an implementable plan and implementing it, for moving from plan to action to results.
