If you have already signed a Federal Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) for a previous academic year, you do not need to sign another one.

AES/PHEAA will approve your loan and transmit your funds electronically to Penn State at the beginning of each semester provided that you have applied for student aid (i.e., completed your FAFSA) for the current academic year.

The certified Federal Stafford Loan amounts for which you are eligible during the academic year are displayed on your Student Aid Summary, accessible via eLion.
