Office of Student Aid : Applying for Student Aid 2008-09 : 4-Step Application Process : Receive Your Award Notification

Most first-year students will receive a 2008-09 Student Financial Aid Award Notification from the Office of Student Aid in mid- to late March. Your Award Notification will list all the student financial aid programs (loans, grants, work-study, and scholarships) for which you qualify for the fall and spring semesters. After you have completed the First-Year Testing, Counseling and Advising Program (FTCAP) and your Penn State Access Account is activated, you will be able to access your award information—including any updates that may have occurred since the Award Notification was sent to you—under the Student Aid Summary at eLion.
