Office of Student Aid : E-access : Your Penn State Access Account and E-mail

The Office of Student Aid communicates with you during the academic year regarding your student aid via e-mail (through your Penn State Access Account). Be sure to check your Penn State e-mail frequently for important student aid updates.**

All e-mail communications, including your student financial aid award notification and your tuition bill, are addressed to you, the student. You will need to work with family members to share information.

You can access your Penn State e-mail account from any computer via Penn State WebMail.

**Note to prospective Penn State students--Once you attend the First-Year Testing, Counseling and Advising Program (FTCAP) and are given a Penn State Access Account, you will be able to access your information via e-mail and eLion. Until that time we will communicate with you via the U.S. Postal Service.
