Office of Student Aid : E-access : Sign Loan Application : Federal Perkins and University Loan MPN

If you have been awarded a Federal Perkins Loan or a University Loan, you can view and sign your Master Promissory Note (MPN) online. After you have completed the FAFSA on the Web, you will receive your Student Financial Aid Award Notification from Penn State.

If you are eligible for a Perkins or University Loan, it will be listed on your award notification.

If you have been awarded a Perkins or University Loan, and you have not previously signed a Perkins or University Loan MPN in the past, you will be sent an e-mail directing you to a secure Web site to sign your MPN in mid to late August.

You will need your Penn State username and password to access your MPN.
