Current students receive aid notifications starting June 24 Current students who completed the 2009-10 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) received an e-mail notification of their aid eligibility starting June 24. Students can access their 2009-10 Student Aid Summary on eLion. Watch this 5-minute Parent PLUS Loan online tutorial Verification requests mailed Select students and their families who received a verification notice from our office should complete the verification notice and provide any requested documents, and return these to us ASAP—either by fax to 814-863-0322 or U.S. Mail—so we may expedite the review and lift the hold on your aid. More » PLUS Loan request form for 2009-10 available now Current and new graduate students, and parents of undergraduate students, may now request a PLUS Loan for 2009-10 on eLion. For more information about how to apply for a PLUS Loan, please visit the loan section of our Web site. Summer loan disbursements available July 10 Summer Session refunds happen later than other semesters. Students expecting refunds from their summer loans will receive the funds on or around July 10. In the meantime, please contact a student aid representative at your campus if you need assistance. Apply for student aid for summer 2009 Unlike fall and spring semesters, most students enrolled in Summer Sessions must request on eLion the aid they wish to receive--we do not automatically award summer aid after receiving a FAFSA.
