Galen Foulke is an undergraduate student at Penn State majoring in premedicine. 

Galen served two years as president of the Undergraduate Student Government from 2004 through 2006.  He served as East Halls senator, vice president of the Undergraduate Student Government Senate, and was a member of the Eberly College of Science Student Council during his freshman year. 

Galen is a resident of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. He was appointed by Governor Rendell to the Penn State Board of Trustees for a term beginning in July 2005.
