 George
Henning is a business consultant and retired vice president and chief
financial officer of LTV Corporation,
a manufacturing company with interests in steel, metal fabrication,
and leading steel technologies.
A native of Reading, Pennsylvania, Mr. Henning is a 1963 graduate of Penn State with a B.A. from the College of the Liberal Arts and a 1965 graduate of Harvard with an M.B.A. He is actively involved in organizations and boards, serving as a member of Lion's Paw Alumni Association, Centre County Alumni Association Chapter, Schlow Library, Centre County Federation of Libraries, the Mount Nittany Conservancy, Community Academy for Lifelong Learning, and the Ferguson Township Planning Commission. His academic and leadership accomplishments earned him membership in ODK, Lion's Paw, Skull & Bones, and Androcles. Mr. Henning was elected
to the Board of Trustees by the alumni for a three-year term beginning
