Stephanie Nolan Deviney

Stephanie Nolan Deviney is an attorney at the law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP in Exton, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and the Construction Law Group. She has considerable experience representing contractors and subcontractors in commercial litigation matters.
Stephanie is a 1997 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. While at Dickinson, Stephanie was President of the Women's Law Caucus and a member of the Student Bar Association. She also served as Comments Editor for the Dickinson Law Review and was a member of the National Trial Competition Team.
Stephanie is currently the Secretary/Treasurer for the General Alumni Association of the Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University and is President of the Delchester Chapter of the Association. She is also a proud member of the Penn State Alumni Association. Stephanie serves the community as a member of the Women Build Committee for Chester County Habitat for Humanity. She is Chairperson of the Membership Committee, Chester County Bar Association; and a member of the Civil Litigation and Women in the Law Committees.
Prior to law school, Stephanie graduated from the University of Richmond where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. She also attended Villa Maria Academy, in Malvern, Pennsylvania where she serves on the Board of Directors for the Alumnae Association and on the Advisory Planning Board.
Stephanie resides in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania with her husband James ('07) and five year old son and future Penn Stater, Seamus.
Stephanie Nolan Deviney was elected to the Board of Trustees by the alumni for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2010. She was elected Vice Chair of the Board in January 2013.
