Patricia K. Poprik is President of First American Municipals, Inc., of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, a municipal bond underwriting and financial advisory services company.

A native of Bucks County, Ms. Poprik is a 1970 graduate of St. Joseph's University with a B.S. in Elementary Education.

She is actively involved in her community, serving on numerous boards.  Ms. Poprik serves on the Warminster Hospital Board of Governors, Eastern District Federal Judicial Nominating Commission, Pennsylvanians for Effective Government Board of Directors, Bucks County Community College Foundation Board of Directors, The Patrons Foundation Board of Directors, and the Bucks County Council of Boy Scouts of America Executive Board.  She has also been a member of the Council Rock School District Board of Directors and the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.

Her honors include Woman of the Year of the Boy Scouts of America in 2000, Original Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business in 1996, and the Presidents Award from the County Commissioner Association of Pennsylvania in 1992.

She was appointed by Governor Schweiker to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees November 2002.
