Seeks Nominations For 1999-2000 Service Leadership Awards

University park, Pa. -- The AT&T Center for Service Leadership 1999-2000 Service Leadership Awards will recognize students for their commitment and dedication to service leadership through their involvement in student clubs/organizations as well as community service.

The Center is asking for nominations for the Partisan Award and the Laurel Award for Outstanding service, which are open to University Park students only, and for three awards open to all Penn State students — The Eclipse Award, the Rose Cologen Keystone Citizen Award and the William W. Asbury Capstone Award.

A reception will be held in the Old Main Rotunda on Thursday, April 13, to honor students nominated and the award recipients. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and the awards ceremony begins at 6 p.m. All nominees, recipients, and nominators will be invited to this reception. The recipients will receive a certificate and a cash award in recognition of their accomplishments. For more information, call 863-4624 .
