WILLIAM K. ULERICH HONORED BY PENN STATE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
University Park, Pa. — Penn State’s Board of Trustees today (May 12) honored Trustee Emeritus William K. Ulerich and expressed regret and sympathy to his family on the occasion of his death, April 7.

In a resolution, which will be part of the permanent board record, the trustees recognized Mr. Ulerich's loyalty and dedication to Penn State, having served as a member of its Board for 26 years, and as Chairman of the Board from 1975 through 1978. The status of Trustee Emeritus and President Emeritus of the Board were conferred upon Mr. Ulerich in 1985.

The Board' expressed its sincere respect and deep appreciation of Mr. Ulerich for his wisdom, leadership, and steadfast commitment to the betterment of Penn State; and sent a formal resolution to that effect to his family.
