WORTHINGTON-SCRANTON CEO TO RETIRE

James D. Gallagher, campus executive officer at Penn State Worthington Scranton since 1979 and a Penn State employee for 40 years, will retire June 30. Under his leadership, the campus has grown to 1,664 students, began offering baccalaureate degrees in business, human development and family studies, and nursing, as well as adding several new associate degrees.
