University Park, Pa. --- Wayne Figurelle has joined Penn State's Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Program (PENNTAP) as e-Business Solutions Manager for PENNTAP's new e-Business Technical Assistance Program (e-TAP).

The e-TAP initiative is funded by the Pennsylvania Technology Investment Authority of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and by the US Economic Development Administration.
