Introduction To IBIS (ADC 003)
Designed to enable new users to use IBIS by helping participants to navigate through IBIS, create and approve electronic forms, recall a form from the IBIS database and act as a proxy approver. Meets 1-4:30 p.m. Monday, April 22, in 116 Wagner Building; Cost: $40.

Accelerated Planning Through Storyboarding (PRO 025)
Enables participants to lead a systematic approach for accelerating the group planning process. Meets for three sessions, 8:15-11:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, May 7 and May 14, in 319 Rider Building; Cost: $85.

Presenting A Professional Image (PER 007)
Focuses on the benefits of understanding and managing your personal image and style. Learn how strong communication and interaction skills can increase your confidence and capture the attention of others. Meets 1:30-4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 2, in 319 Rider Building; Cost: $35.

Quality Service Self-Assessment And Action Plan (CUS 006)
What does "customer service" mean to our customers? How are we doing? By establishing appropriate measurements for customer service and then evaluating performance, each participant in this program can begin charting plans for improved customer service. Meets 1-5 p.m. Monday, May 6, in 319 Rider Building; Cost: $55.

The Keys To Productive Meetings (PRO 016)
Provides current and prospective meeting leaders with tools and methods to ensure efficient use of meeting time. Meets for two sessions, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday, May 7 and May 9, in 504 Agricultural Science and Industries Building; Cost: $55.

Structuring And Providing On-The-Job Training (PRO 027)
Provides participants with a systematic approach for developing and delivering on-the-job training. Meets for two sessions, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Friday, May 10 and May 17, in 319 Rider Building; Cost: $55.

Planning, Implementing, And Navigating Change (LDR 030)
Designed to help individuals plan and lead the implementation of organizational change. Meets for two sessions, 8:15-11:45 a.m. Monday, May 13 and May 20, in 319 Rider Building; Cost: $55.

Career Counseling For Women (CAR 004)
Designed for women seeking educational and career information to help them deal with changing life and work circumstances. Meets for two sessions, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, May 14 and May 16, in 321 Boucke Building; Cost: $65.

Data Collection Methods (CQI 039)
Provides a basic overview of three major ways to collect data from customers: individual interviews, focus groups, and surveys or questionnaires. It also explores ways to capitalize on existing data that have already been collected. Meets 1:30-4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 16, in 319 Rider Building; Cost: none.
