Veterans honored

Nov. 11 marked Veteran's Day across the nation and on the lawn of Old Main at

University Park, a small ceremony was held to honor those who served in the military. On hand to help with the event were The Nittany Highland Pipe Band (above); state Rep. Kerry Benninghoff, R-Bellefonte, (at left); and Civil War re-enactor Lt. Col. James V. Dearing (right), commander of Battery 'B' Pennsylvania Volunteers.
