College appoints
two campus executive officers
The
Commonwealth College has named Thomas J. Rookey as campus executive officer
for Penn State Shenango, effective Jan. 13, and Joel M. Rodney as campus
executive officer for Penn State York, effective March 17.

The University's International
Council currently is accepting nominations for the 2002-03 W. LaMarr Kopp
International Achievement Awards.

businesses for hands-on learning
A team
of five undergraduate students is wrestling with what, for some companies,
is at least a $64,000 question: What kind of tool could identify and protect
business-critical resources from natural and manmade disasters?

Marshall Scholarships
Nicholas
Hartman, a Schreyer honors student majoring in chemistry with minors in
biochemistry and molecular biology, and Annina Burns, a Schreyer scholar
majoring in nutrition and media studies, have won Marshall Scholarships
to study in the United Kingdom.
