Rose C. Ishler, food preparer A in Housing and Food Services, from Sept. 15, 1961, until her retirement Jan. 1, 1992; died Dec. 14. She was 79.

James I. Lutz, maintenance worker in Housing and Food Services, from Jan. 1, 1964, until his retirement July 1, 1976; died Jan. 16, at the age of 91.
