Libraries announce new
head of Access Services 
Ann Snowman is the new head of Access Services at University Park Libraries. Before coming to Penn State, she served as assistant head of Access Services for the New Brunswick Libraries at Rutgers University. At Rutgers, she also held the positions of Circulation Department supervisor in the Mabel Smith Douglass Library and Circulation Desk/ student and scheduling supervisor at the Alexander Library.
Snowman received a bachelor's degree in communication and a master of library science from Rutgers School of Communication, Information and Library Studies.
Admissions counselor
appointed at Penn State Shenango
Penn State Shenango has appointed Chuck Greggs to the position of admissions counselor.
He will be responsible for undergraduate recruitment and admission activities.
Greggs joined Penn State Shenango in 1999 and has served in a variety of roles within the Office of Continuing Education. Before coming to the University, he was director of the School-to-Work Program in Mercer County.
Greggs graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Clarion University in secondary education (English).
