University Park, Pa. -- All seven members of the 1996 Olympic women's gymnastics team will perform together at Penn State's Bryce Jordan Center on Friday, Nov. 28 at 7:30 p.m. This will mark the first time the entire team has performed together since their historic gold-medal efforts in Altanta, Ga.

Appearing as part of the John Hancock Tour of World Gymnastics Champions, the Jordan Center performance will feature Amanda Borden, Amy Chow, Dominique Dawes, Shannon Miller, Dominique Moceanu, Jaycie Phelps and Kerri Strug.

Tickets go on sale Monday, Sept. 8 at 8 a.m. and can be purchased at the Bryce Jordan Ticket Center, Eisenhower Auditorium South Box Office, selected Uni-Mart ticket outlets, Commonwealth Campus ticket outlets, or by calling (814) 865-5555 locally, or toll-free at 1-800-863-3336.

Tickets are priced at $33.50, $26.50 and $18.50 for reserved seating. Children, 14 and under, and senior citizens, 60 and over, receive a $4 discount. Group seating is also available. Call (814) 863-1812 for more information.

In addition to the gold medal-winning team, John Roethlisberger, Blaine Wilson, Kip Simons, Mihai Bagiu, John Macready and Chainey Umphrey, all members of the U.S. Olympic men's team, will perform. World champions Kurt Thomas and Kim Zmeskal will make special appearances along with 1995 National Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion and Olympic team member Jessica Davis and 1996 all-around Olympic gold medalist Lilia Podkopaeva.

Each performance will feature exhibitions on the balance beam, parallel bars, still rings, floor exercise, pommel horse, uneven bars and rhythmic gymnastics -- a two-hour performance that combines the power, speed and precision of the world's best gymnasts.
