Faculty Speaker Series Features Communications Professor

University Park, Pa. -- Jeremy Cohen, professor and associate dean for undergraduate education in the College of Communications, will present "A Free and Responsible University -- Stemming the Assault on Democracy," on Sept. 13 at 9 a.m. at the Nittany Lion Inn on the University Park campus.

A Penn State Alumni Association continuing and distance education service, this fall's Huddle With the Faculty series features presentations by top Penn State faculty prior to every home football game. Cohen will speak on how Penn State and other universities are preparing students to cope with assaults on traditional American democracy.
