A message from
the President of Black Caucus
We, the members of Black Caucus, urge our community to take these messages for what they are -- the senseless rantings of a lost soul -- and to combat these messages of hate with positivity and truth through all channels possible.
We believe these racist statements reflect a sad, yet honest, condition at our University, in our state and in our country. It shows that although we have made some strides in deconstructing the ignorant notions of racism, the ideas are still prevalent and a large amount of work remains to be done.
