Special
Athletes
More than
2,000 athletes from throughout Pennsylvania are participating
in the annual Special Olympics Pennsylvania Summer Games which
run from Thursday, June 7, through Saturday, June 9, at the
University Park campus. This is the 14th consecutive year Penn
State has played host to the games, and many of the 5,000 volunteers,
coaches and spectators work for or are students at the University.
