Black Alumni Reunion Weekend

August 18 , 2002
The Black Alumni Reunion Weekend was held on the University Park campus Friday, Aug. 16, through Sunday, Aug. 18.

The weekend featured the best aspects of Penn State for black alumni of every decade — from the 1940s to today. Attendees had the opportunity to stop by the HUB-Robeson Cultural Center and Hintz Family Alumni Center; tour the renovated Beaver Stadium and the Paterno Library; and talk with representatives of black student groups including the Black Graduate Student Association.

Photos were taken by Greg Grieco.
