Graham B. Spanier gave testimony today (Feb. 26) in Washington,
D.C., for the U.S. House of Representatives' Subcommittee on
Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property. The subject
of today's hearing was "Peer-to-Peer (P2P) File Sharing
on University Campuses."
