Libraries

The University Libraries offer a wealth of information through collections, databases, and information services. This link takes you to the University Libraries Home Page, where you can access the Libraries Information Access System (LIAS), the Web Virtual Library for Penn State and the Big Ten, the database search site, and more.

Maps

A Pennsylvania map shows all the locations at Penn State, with links to each. Campus maps and travel directions are provided for University Park. This information will be expanded to include a clickable map, detailed building information, and links to information for other Penn State locations.

Museums

University Park Campus houses many museums. The Palmer Museum of Art presents selections from a permanent collection which comprises thrity-five centuries of painting, sculpture, ceramics, and works on paper. Special exhibits and large-scale contemporary sculpture are also presented. The Matson Museum of Anthropology houses and exhibits anthropological collections from all over the world. The Hetzel Union Building (HUB) offers several gallery exhibit spaces. The Steidle Museum offers collections of rocks, minerals, and fossils totaling more than 22,000 specimens, in addition to glasses, ceramics, metals, plastics, synthetic materials, old mining and scientific equipment, and archaeological artifacts.
