Bloomberg, General Electric join Smeal’s Corporate Associates Program

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Bloomberg LP and General Electric Co. are the newest members of the Penn State Smeal College of Business Corporate Associates Program, joining 26 existing corporate associates as well as corporate partner Kohl’s Department Stores.

The Corporate Associates Program allows companies to increase their visibility at Smeal and provides opportunities to tap into the broader resources of the college and the University.

Bloomberg is a privately held financial software, data and media company with more than 15,500 employees in 192 locations around the world.

GE, with its more than 300,000 employees in more than 170 countries, operates in a variety of segments including household appliances, power and water, oil and gas, energy management, aviation, health care, transportation, and capital.
