UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Fourteen graduating seniors from Penn State’s College of Engineering have been selected to serve as student marshals for the college’s spring commencement ceremony at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 5, in the Bryce Jordan Center.
The students were chosen for their outstanding academic achievements and contributions to engineering student life. They are:

- Peter DeMartino, biological engineering
- Joseph J. Kim, biomedical engineering
- Elsa J. Koninckx, chemical engineering
- Matthew I. McTaggart, civil engineering
- Omar T. O. Montasser, computer engineering
- Yu-tse Lin, computer science
- Jeffrey P. Miller, electrical engineering
- Michael J. Trowbridge, engineering science
- James W. Dickson, industrial engineering
- Siyuan Chen, mechanical engineering
- Joshua T. Larimer, nuclear engineering
