The Penn State chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants is holding NABA Netiquette 2014, a networking etiquette dinner experience, on Friday, Feb. 7.
At netiquette, students will have the opportunity to network with professionals in interactive workshops and a career fair and attend an optional three-course etiquette dinner. Although many of the attending firms focus on business, technology and engineering, the workshops provided are made to help all majors build their professional development skills. Workshops include "Budgeting Like a Boss" and "Strategic Social Media."
NABA Netiquette 2014 will take place on Friday, Feb. 7 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Business Building Atrium. The event is open to Penn State students of all majors.
Interested students can visit https://nabanetiquette.wufoo.com/forms/naba-netiquette-2014-registration/ to register. Registration for the entire event closes Friday, Jan. 31 at midnight. Those wishing to register for only the workshops and career fair can register until Tuesday, Feb. 4. There is a $10 fee for the optional etiquette dinner.
