UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State Engineering Alumni Society (PSEAS) has received the 2013 Penn State Alumni Association Professional Development Award for its Alumni Résumé Review event.
The award is presented annually to a University alumni group that has distinguished itself through an outstanding professional development program or event. It includes a $500 grant to support future programming.
This January, a dozen alumni volunteers reviewed the resumes of 180 engineering students at the event. The PSEAS received the award at the Alumni Association's annual Volunteer Awards Banquet on Nov. 1.
