Penn State Harrisburg to host Constitution Day event

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Humanities and School of Public Affairs will host a Constitution Day webinar beginning at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 17 with lectures from academics including Jay Dow, professor of political science and Kinder Institute on Constitutional Democracy Faculty Fellow of the University of Missouri.

The event will feature brief lectures in addition to a Q&A segment with the guest speakers. The webinar is open to all Pennsylvania college, high school, and junior high school students as well as their teachers. There also will be video awards for the high school and junior high school students.
