UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Learning reopened its doors for tutoring on Monday, June 10, at its lab in 220 Boucke Building.
University Park undergraduate students looking for effective, research-based study strategies may want to sign up for the Study Smarter workshop, offered three times in 220A Boucke Building from July 15 to 17. The July 15 workshop will run from 12:30 to 2 p.m.; July 16 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.; and July 17 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Penn State Learning is an undergraduate tutoring center and offers services already covered by student tuition. Penn State Learning offers both one-on-one and group tutoring. The tutors — who are themselves students — work closely with faculty to make sure they’re using up-to-date curricula. Tutoring this summer will run through Aug. 8. Hours are noon to 5 p.m. Monday though Thursday. The office will be closed with the rest of the University on July 4.
