UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — “Advancement and Promotion for Non-Tenure-Line Faculty,” the second workshop in the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs’ four-part Promotion and Tenure Workshop Series, will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, via Zoom.
The workshop, which is designed for non-tenure-line faculty at all stages of promotion, will provide information about the promotion process for non-tenure-line faculty and how to take advantage of the resources and opportunities for growth and advancement. Topics covered will include the three-level promotion process; University Policy AC21 and the variability of unit-based evaluation processes; assessment committee structure; and the impact of COVID-19 on research and teaching.
