CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Twenty-three students graduated from Penn State Lehigh Valley's Practical Nursing Program during a ceremony held at 11 a.m., Sept. 6, at the campus in Center Valley. Paula Robinson, a member of the program’s advisory board, provided the keynote address.
