All Penn State faculty, staff, technical service, and student workers are now able to access their 2021 W-2 in Workday.

Things to know about your W-2:

• State and local taxes are calculated to correspond with your home address as listed in Workday.
• If you opted into electronic-only delivery of your W-2, you will not receive a paper copy in the mail.

To view your W-2 in Workday:

1. Log into Workday
2. Click on the Pay application
3. Under View, click on My Tax Documents
4. For tax year 2021, select View/Print under Employee Copy
5. A popup window will appear. Click Notify Me Later. After a few moments, your document will be available to view and download.

Employees who opted to receive a paper copy will receive their W-2 by mail by Jan. 31, 2022. For questions, submit an inquiry via the WorkLion Portal or call 814-865-1473.
