2022 annual compliance training available March 15

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — A new Annual Compliance Training (ACT) module will be released on Tuesday, March 15 as part of Penn State’s compliance training plan. Individual assignment emails for those who are required to take this training will be distributed by the University’s Learning Resource Network (LRN).

This year’s course content is focused on information beneficial to all employees and is approximately 30 minutes in length. This training will also provide employees with information they need to do their jobs in a manner consistent with the Penn State Values.

To provide employees with ample opportunities to complete the course, the deadline for completion will be April 22, 2022. Individuals will receive reminder notifications to complete the training, with a copy to supervisors so they are aware of the individual’s status. Eligibility for any general salary increase (GSI) or considerations such as requests for sabbaticals or travel, will be conditioned on successful completion of the annual compliance training

A full listing of globally required compliance training, along with recommendations for supervisors regarding consequences for noncompliance, can be found on the Office of Ethics and Compliance website.

If you have additional questions about the ACT, email psoec@psu.edu.
