UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Applications are currently being sought for mentors and mentees for the Penn State Employee Mentoring Program — formerly the Commission for Women’s Mentoring Program — which will launch in January 2019. The program is designed for all full-time Penn State employees, both men and women, to help faculty and staff succeed, prepare them for professional career development, and become active leaders across the University.
Those interested in sharing or gaining more experience in a discipline, career planning, building networks, facilitating communications, or leadership development are encouraged to apply. Mentoring pairs will be matched according to interests that complement one another, as well as aspirations for success and leadership.
