Off-cycle Penn State Board of Trustees meeting set for Dec. 9

Meeting to consider presidential appointment will be livestreamed for the public

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State administrators and the University’s Board of Trustees will gather in a special off-cycle meeting on Dec. 9 to consider a presidential appointment.

The public meeting beginning at 11 a.m. will take place in Deans Hall at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center and will be livestreamed at wpsu.psu.edu/trustees. Members of the public may view the livestream or attend in person. The public meeting will also include a meeting of the Subcommittee on Compensation.

The meeting will be held in a hybrid format with some board members attending by video conference and others in person. Prior to the public meeting, an executive session of the Subcommittee on Compensation will take place at 9 a.m. in room 206, and the board will meet in executive session at 9:30 a.m. in room 208 at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center (rooms subject to change).
