New Penn State Mont Alto Advisory Board members

MONT ALTO, Pa. — Five new members have joined the Penn State Mont Alto Advisory Board and attended an orientation meeting at the Mont Alto campus on Aug. 25.

Terry Guberman is owner and CEO of Comfort Keepers franchises in the Chambersburg and Carlisle areas that provide home health care services in Franklin, Cumberland, Adams and York Counties. She also serves on the Chambersburg Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Tracy Ross is an associate attorney at Keller, Keller, and Beck, LLC. She is a graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Robert Fignar is president and CEO of the First Community Bank of Mercersburg, in Mercersburg, Pa. He is a graduate of Penn State Mont Alto and Shippensburg University with a degree in business administration and is also a certified financial planner.

Benjamin Thomas serves as township manager for Cumberland Township in Adams County, Pa. He holds a degree in organizational leadership and development from Wheeling Jesuit University and is also a certified police officer for the Greencastle Police Department in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Joshua L. Dunklebarger is a Penn State graduate as well as a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. He is an ear, nose, and throat surgeon at the Dr. Roy A. Himelfarb Surgery Center and Summit Physician Services both of which are in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. He is also president of the Himelfarb Surgery Center Board of Managers.
