Penn State Health offers multiple locations throughout Centre County

Nursing Sciences Building clinic closure now permanent

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State Health remains committed to providing access to high quality health care to Penn State employees in a safe and convenient environment, and offers multiple locations in the Centre County area, that provide University employees with a range of services. All locations have daily and weekly operating hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments are encouraged, and available at all locations.  Also, the Park Avenue location offers evening hours Monday through Friday, 5-7 p.m. and weekend hours 9 a.m.- 1 p.m., respectively.

In addition, Penn State employees can also access 24/7 care, when and where employees need it, through the Penn State Health OnDemand telehealth platform. This free app has no limits to the number of visits, and it is available to everyone anywhere.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and regulations put in place by the CDC and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania during the first part of 2020, the Penn State Employee Health and Wellness Center had to close its doors to employees. In consultation with the University, Penn State Health, which operated the employee health and wellness center located in the Nursing Sciences Building, on University Park campus, has now made that closure permanent.
