Aims of the workshop are to create a collaboration between TRiO programs, academic departments and campus offices; promote the benefits of TRiO and other programs serving low-income, first-generation and underrepresented students; and help students from TRiO-eligible groups overcome the barriers they face in higher education.

Speakers include Suzanne Adair, assistant dean of the Graduate School, Tanya Furman, associate dean for Undergraduate Education, and Moses Davis, director of the Multicultural Resource Center.
