UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State Board of Trustees Committee on Audit and Risk will hold an off-cycle meeting via conference call at 8 a.m. on Oct. 23.

The public session of the meeting will begin at 8:45 a.m. and an audio stream will be available at http://wpsu.org/trustees.

The purpose of the meeting is to review audited financial statements and other matters.
