UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Board of Trustees’ Committee on Finance, Business and Capital Planning and Committee on Governance and Long-Range Planning will hold a joint, off-cycle meeting to consider delegation thresholds and approval authorities. The meeting will be held via conference call 1:30-2:30 p.m. April 6.
