      UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. on April 5 via conference call.

      The Committee on Finance, Business and Capital Planning will be meeting to consider a real estate transaction, and the Subcommittee on Compensation will consider a personnel matter.

      The meeting will be available for listening purposes via livestream.
