UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State’s Office of Faculty Affairs is offering an upcoming virtual workshop designed to help faculty navigate change and explore new professional directions. The workshop, "Charting New Career Paths: Finding Direction and Opportunity," will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 3 to 4 p.m., and will provide timely support for faculty experiencing transitions related to campus or program changes. The workshop is open to all Penn State faculty.
Led by Ann Clements, associate vice provost for Faculty Affairs, and Christy Helms, senior director of Talent Management, Penn State Human Resources, this interactive session will guide faculty in identifying strengths, exploring new opportunities and preparing for career transitions with confidence.
The workshop is part of the University’s ongoing commitment to support faculty through change with compassion, practical resources and professional development.
