UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Campus Dining and the Penn State Center for Pollinator Research will host a free sampling of honey-pollen smoothies and avocado foam with crickets from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pollock Dining Commons, University Park campus, on Thursday, Jan. 25.  Those interested are invited to attend and explore the world of edible insect products and insects.
