UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Registration is now open for the next two sessions of College Connections, a monthly webinar series designed to give a unique, inside perspective of the programs, people, priorities and partnerships of the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences.
Each one-hour session will be moderated by Dean Rick Roush and will be hosted via Zoom. Sessions are open to the Penn State community and the public.
Pasto Agricultural Museum: Connecting the Past and the Future will take place at 1 p.m. on Feb. 15.
Rita Graef, director of the college’s Pasto Agricultural Museum, will join Roush to give a behind-the-scenes view of the museum, which features approximately 1,300 rare farm and household items dating from 4,000 B.C. to the 1940s. Additionally, attendees will learn about historic college exhibits, the stories of the people who changed the course of agriculture, and opportunities to engage in museum-related events. Direct From the Horse’s Mouth: The Latest from Penn State Equine Science will start at 1 p.m. on March 15.
