WASHINGTON – The U.S. House of Representatives sent birthday wishes to Berkey Creamery today (June 4) in the form of a proclamation on the House floor.
Penn State alumnus Rep. Glenn Thompson, R-Pennsylvania, recognized the Creamery’s 150th anniversary shortly after 9 a.m.
“As a proud graduate, I congratulate the Creamery on its 150 years and the hardworking student employees and full-time employees that make the operation such a great success,” he said.
Thompson’s 5th Congressional District encompasses University Park.
